Strategies

Private Equity SecondarySecondary
Pantheon Global Secondary Fund VIII (“PGSF VIII”)’s objective is to generate strong private equity returns for its investors over the long-term by investing globally in diversified portfolios of high-quality private fund sponsors and companies in the secondaries market managed by general partners (“GPs”) Pantheon knows well, with a focus on mid-market buyout and growth equity opportunities. PGSF VIII may also selectively invest in top-tier large and mega buyout opportunities which Pantheon views with conviction and/or where Pantheon believes it has significant access and information with respect to such assets. The Fund will seek opportunities with embedded value, with the goal of acquiring private equity assets at attractive valuations relative to their intrinsic worth. The Fund will have the flexibility to acquire limited partner (“LP”) fund interests, participate in GP-led secondaries transactions, and opportunistically pursue other liquidity solutions in addition to its core secondaries focus. Geographically, the Fund will have a global mandate; however, it expects to emphasize North American and European opportunities. PGSF VIII is led by the senior investment team that has successfully executed its global private equity secondaries strategy over the last three fund vintages of Pantheon’s flagship funds.
Private equityBuyout

Real EstateReal Estate
Pantheon’s real estate strategy launched in 2021 to invest in real estate properties, portfolios and platforms by providing strategic liquidity and growth capital solutions, with a focus on sectors that benefit from structural, secular tailwinds and societal shifts. Focuses on forming and scaling sector-specific, asset-rich platforms with the potential to generate attractive returns across market cycles. Leverages Pantheon’s broader scale, sourcing and structuring capabilities to develop innovative investment solutions.
