Strategies

EQT LogisticsReal Estate
EQT Living creates homes and spaces that resonate with modern living and thriving communities throughout Europe and the U.S. We provide stable, high-quality housing while creating opportunities for long-term value and foster communities that work for residents and investors alike. We are focused on creating high-quality, modern, yet affordable homes and spaces tailored to the needs of today’s tenants. We target institutional-grade residential-for-rent properties and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), across major European cities and higher education hubs where strong demand meets limited and outdated housing stock. Our approach focuses on aggregating single assets of 200+ units, unlocking income growth and capital appreciation through refurbishment, design enhancements, and select development or redevelopment projects. We strategically invest in well-located garden-style, mid-rise, and high-rise apartment communities in high-growth U.S. markets with resilient long-term apartment fundamentals. Utilizing a blended core-plus and value-add investment strategy, the team balances stable, income-generating properties with high-growth opportunities, leveraging a robust national platform to enhance acquisition efforts.
