We leverage proprietary data and local expertise for effective decision making to acquire the right assets, then seek to actively manage and improve the properties. Depending on the individual asset and the community’s needs, we strive to create value in core properties through any of the following methods: Proprietary sourcing, Leasing vacant spaces, Increasing existing rent to market levels, Capital enhancements, Operational and potential ESG improvements. These asset-level strategies align directly with our core competencies and in-house expertise.
Credit PlatformPrivate Debt
We employ multiple credit strategies to support growth and provide resources communities need. For more than 25 years, we have managed credit risk during dynamic market cycles. We manage approximately $9.2 billion of liquid and illiquid credit-oriented assets. We focus on securing loans backed by high-quality real estate assets in major metropolitan and suburban markets with loan types we believe are underserved by traditional lenders. Focuses on projects that provide necessary services to growing metropolitan communities. Our infrastructure strategy emphasizes sustainability while providing public goods and services, which serve as basic pillars supporting the growth of metropolitan communities. We provide infrastructure opportunities for institutional partners and co‑investors as well as high-net-worth clients and family offices. We may create value in infrastructure projects through any of the following methods: Providing capital for construction, Expansion, Upgrades and improvements. We support communities through necessary infrastructure, including projects that facilitate responsible environmental practices.
