Strategies
Real EstateReal Estate

Our strategy focuses on value-creation and sustainability. The company focuses on acquiring properties in high-profile locations with solid long-term growth potential. Oreima implements value-creation strategies to enhance quality through renovation and qualitative repositioning. We focus on sustainability by reducing carbon impact and promoting urban biodiversity. We aim to create long-term value with integrity and expertise to withstand cycles. We implement efficient cash flow management, a personalized approach to tenants, and a commitment to high architectural and environmental quality.
GrowthGrowth
We are a growth equity fund exclusively to B2B digital companies in Europe. We support talented and ambitious entrepreneurs whose businesses are capable of solving major market inefficiencies through differentiated and disruptive digital solutions. We place organic growth and consolidation at the heart of our investment thesis, across all the sectors and business models in which we are interested. We carry out a detailed and rigorous analysis of all the segments we are interested in, so as to understand the challenges and dynamics of the markets in question. This enables us to build a long-term vision, identify the best entry points and seize pockets of value creation.
InfrastructureInfrastructure
We invest in all infrastructure sectors including telecommunication, energy transition, healthcare, social infrastructure, transportation and smart mobility. Our equity accelerates the growth of companies we invest in and we see our role as a catalyst for that transformation. We invest in companies that are, on the one hand, resilient to adverse market environments or economic downturns and, on the other hand, have mid-term growth potential. We like to invest in “buy-and-build” strategies, which can be executed either through organic capex roll-outs or bolt-on acquisitions. The digital revolution, increased urbanization, the need for decarbonization of our economies as well as the continuous demand for high quality healthcare and other essential services will all impact future infrastructure needs.
