Zest awarded UK’s Best Workplaces™ recognition

Zest, the investor-operator of EV charging infrastructure, has officially been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2024 by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. The company ranked 36 in the medium category.

Employees buy into Zest’s mission to decarbonise transport in the UK, with 94% saying that their work has special meaning and is not just a job. They also welcome Zest’s culture of fairness and respect, with 97% of employees saying that they are treated as a full member of the team regardless of their position in the company.

Great Place To Work® performed rigorous evaluations of hundreds of employee survey responses alongside Culture Audit™ submissions from leaders at each company to create the 2024 UK's Best Workplaces™ list. They then used these data insights to benchmark the effectiveness of companies' employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience. Only those businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
