We fully support their purpose in levelling the playing field where every young person has access and opportunity to progress their career based on talent potential (not connection or background) and in their mission to democratise careers education

This week, we hosted 27 young people in our office for a day of work experience, helping students gain clarity on career pathways and develop key skills.
Through this experience, participants gained deeper industry knowledge, greater confidence in their career choices, and a stronger foundation to make informed decisions as they navigate their early careers.
17 members of our team took the time out to support this event, which included a particularly inspiring talk from one of our female Directors, @Sophia Thorpe-Costa on her career journey.
Together, we champion diversity, inclusion and equality of opportunity for all.
