Equitix appoints Simon Davy to its investment team
Equitix has appointed Simon Davy as Managing Director of Investments in the UK, effective March 10th.
Equitix is delighted to announce that Simon Davy has been appointed as Managing Director of Investments in the UK, effective 10th March.
Simon joins from Local Pension Partnerships Investment Ltd (LPPI) where he spent eight years, latterly as Head of Real Assets. During this time, he managed and grew the team covering infrastructure and real estate asset classes with approximately £7.5 billion in committed and invested capital. Simon is an experienced senior investor who has actively worked with other institutional investors, company management teams and advisers on direct stakes in corporate investments. Prior to LPPI, Simon worked in the corporate finance and debt capital markets businesses at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for over 15 years.
