Global Special Situations (“GSS”) will pursue a dynamic and diversified all-weather strategy delivering global, multi-asset exposure and high-quality equity returns with downside protection in any market environment. Importantly, the GSS strategy allocates its capital dynamically across markets, sectors, themes, and archetypes, and GSS capital is flexible in that we focus on the quality of target investments, situations, and return profiles more so than a particular security type. Our strategy is flexible across the capital structure and creative with deal structure, constructing strategic investment solutions that are mutually beneficial to our funds and counterparties. The nature of the GSS strategy allows our funds to source compelling value in both benign markets and periods of distress and uncertainty.
