Milan, 20 March 2025 – The Mi.To Real Estate Fund, a Green Arrow Capital and Crea.Re Advisory initiative focused on the mid-size residential real estate market, primarily in Milan and Turin, has signed a partnership with Cracking Art, an artistic movement founded in 1993, known for its strong social and environmental commitment. 
The partnership aims to promote art within the urban regeneration projects that the Fund is implementing in the city centers of both locations.

Notably, the collaboration will see Cracking Art’s works installed in Mi.To’s residential complexes, transforming them into iconic and instantly recognisable places, while also celebrating Italian artistic
heritage. Art lies at the core of the partnership, serving as a meeting point for the shared values of innovation and sustainability that unite the Fund and Movement.

Green Arrow Capital—one of Italy’s leading asset management platforms focused on alternative investments, with over €2 billion in assets—implements its sustainable approach in the Mi.To Fund
through its key partner Crea.Re Advisory. This approach is driven by the shared goal of creating residential urban regeneration projects with a low environmental impact, achieved by prioritising
the use of sustainable materials.

The project aligns with the objectives of the Mi.To Fund, managed by Green Arrow Capital in collaboration with Crea.Re Advisory, which focus on the urban regeneration of central city areas and
buildings by incorporating sustainable materials. Thanks to the partnership with Cracking Art, the project also integrates art as a tool for regeneration and social awareness.
