Strategies

Real EstateReal Estate
The Green Arrow Mi.To Fund (Mi.To Fund) focuses on medium-sized real estate development / subdivision operations (average equity ticket of €7m) specifically in the residential segment along the Milan-Turin axis, and opportunistically in the hospitality segment, across the entire national territory, always in prime locations. Identification of a market gap in mid-size Real Estate along the Milan-Turin geographical axis, mainly due to the absence of Italian institutional operators.
Private EquityBuyout
The aim of the team is to invest in small and medium leading Italian companies which are likely to grow in their market and internationally with the support of a specialized financial operator. The investment strategy focuses on the acquisition of majority shares in small and medium leading Italian companies active in a niche market or in a fragmented sectors with high potential of consolidation. The investment targets are companies with high return on the capital invested that require a limited investment in fixed assets and where the value creation can be achieved by intervening on the organizational and financial structure.
Private CreditPrivate Debt
The Green Arrow Direct Lending fund arises from new credit market conditions in Italy and in particular from the requirements of mid-market companies of financing their growth. Current credit regulations, combined with high credit market volatility, create a structural supply and demand imbalance for medium term financing. The Fund seeks investments having an Enterprise Value comprised between € 50-500 Mln – arranged by the Fund itself (Primary transactions) or by leading arrangers in the relevant leveraged finance markets (Secondary transactions). The Fund predominantly invests in Senior Secured loans and Unitranche; Bonds and Subordinated debt will also be considered on an a case by case basis. Target current return: 5%. The Fund is not leveraged.
Energy & Digital InfrastructureInfrastructure
The Green Arrow Infrastructure of the Future Fund invests in renewable energy and digital infrastructure in high potential markets in Europe. Diversified yield strategy with stable cash returns (renewables) and higher dividends (EV charging and digital). Focus on regions in Europe with high potential for renewable energy generation and urgent gaps along the value chain, notably Italy, Spain, Portugal and France. Value-chain investment approach to identify and unlock additional value (generation-storage-distribution). Operating like a utility allows us to outperform peers and secure off-market opportunities from asset owners who seek mind-aligned partners. Energy Transition
