RGREEN INVEST strengthens and develops its organization
Within the context of significant growth in its activity and its assets under management, RGREEN INVEST’s organization is evolving with the creation of two distinct divisions, each dedicated respectively to equity investment and debt strategies. The company’s governance will be strengthened with two new partners: Alexis Broders as Managing Partner who recently joined the Executive Management team as well as the equity division and the promotion of Mathilde Ketoff, Head of Debt, to Partner to develop the management of the company’s debt strategy.

Since its creation 15 years ago, RGREEN INVEST has positioned itself as a key player in financing energy transition. With more than €2.5 billion in assets under management and 3,000 projects financed mainly in Europe, RGREEN INVEST allows institutional investors to direct their capital towards financing projects dedicated to accelerating the energy transition as well as mitigating and adapting to climate change.

The creation of these two specific divisions will allow RGREEN INVEST and its team of more than fifty people to scale its business, in line with the expectations of institutional investors. In a market that is gaining in maturity, RGREEN INVEST thus continues to reinforce its core expertise in order to offer solutions that are increasingly adapted to the new expectations of the players in the energy transition.

Nicolas Rochon – Founder & CEO of RGREEN INVEST, stated: “This new organization, combined with the promotion of Mathilde and the recruitment of Alexis, is a key step for RGREEN INVEST’s growth strategy. It allows us to structure our approach and better meet the needs of our investors, both French and international.”

Alexis Broders – Managing Partner, adds: “Having already had the opportunity to collaborate with RGREEN INVEST during the first operation of the INFRAGREEN I fund, I am very happy to join this talented, pioneering and visionary team. With my experience in regulated and rapidly changing environments, I wish to contribute both in the choice of the most relevant investment opportunities as well as in the operational support of the firm’s investments to reinforce RGREEN INVEST’s position as a European leader in energy transition.”

Mathilde Ketoff – Partner, Head of Debt, concludes: “I am delighted to continue the RGREEN INVEST growth story as a partner. The last two years have been dedicated to strengthening our debt division through the arrival of new talent, which has flourished in terms of a diversification of our products and recognition of our debt expertise. In the short term, our objectives are clear: continue to increase our market share in the targeted mid-market.”
