Verdane has sold its stake in Zisson, a Norwegian cloud-based communication centre software provider, to LeadDesk. After six years of partnership, Zisson will join LeadDesk to strengthen its Nordic market position and drive European expansion.

Verdane, the European specialist growth investment firm, has announced the realisation of its investment in Zisson, a Norwegian provider of cloud-based communication centre software, to LeadDesk Oyj (HEL:LEADD), a leading European provider of cloud-based contact centre software.

Verdane’s realisation of Zisson comes after six years of partnership following Verdane’s acquisition of a majority ownership stake in the business through Verdane Freya IX in 2018.
