InfraVia Capital Partners (“InfraVia”), a leading European infrastructure investor, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a purchase agreement to acquire a majority stake in Green Utility (the Company). Green Utility is a solar PV platform focusing on distributed generation and self-consumption for Commercial and Industrial (C&I) clients in Italy.
